First 3 hours (includes rough setup of tables and chairs): $450
Each Additional Hour: $100
Includes 30 min before and after for setup 
Nonrefundable $150 deposit is due at time of contract.
Payment in full for venue and services is due 1 month prior to event. Signed rental agreement is required.
In the event the facility is not returned back to it's prior condition a $200 fee will be charged.
8.5% Sales tax will be applied to all above rates
